metal arc ® is a well established Company in India with our Welding Technology Division catering especially to diverse industries in steel fabrication, ship yards, pen stock, pipe fabricators, foundries and most major fabrication projects including refineries, power plants, steel plants etc.
We offer a diverse range of welding, gouging tools and accessories essentially required at floor shop level for the above industries, namely:
Our products are extensively in use in all major shipyards, structural/ fabrication shops, foundries in India for over 40 years. We provide quality products with best inputs and quality control for our welding products and enjoy extensive goodwill with customers.
Our dedicated unit situated in Rajasthan has in-house facility for Testing & Quality Control along with Casting, Forging, Moulding etc. of almost all components with senior experts in their respective fields to overlook the complete operations and the unit is working exclusively through our Welding Technologies Division.
We offer a diverse range of welding, gouging tools and accessories essentially required at floor shop level for the above industries, namely:
- Gouging Electrode Holders/ Torches from 450 Amps to 2200 Amps rating suitable for Gouging Carbons from 4 mm to 25.4 mm diameter, half round & flat carbons.
- Fully insulated Welding Holders in different models, in range from 150 Amps to 600 Amps.
- Cable Connectors, fully insulated in different models, in range from 200 Amps to 600 Amps.
- Earth Clamps in different models, in range from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps.
- Welding Accessories.
